Flavourful meals are my passion. Whether they are prepared indoors, wood fired, grilled or sizzled; I never stop thinking of what to make next.

I love International foods as well as our Canadian takes on International foods (Sudbury porketta adopted by some of the best butchers and delis in Sudbury), Newfoundland boiled dinner and the Halifax Donair (all variations of the meat as well). I'm moving close to retirement and am now preparing to share some of the food I've been making for family and friends for over 30 years. Hopefully soon, my food will have the opportunity to earn a place at your table.

My Meat Studio

My vision will be to obtain both Sudbury Health Unit and OMAFA approval to produce quality foods from an onsite building on my residential property.

There will be three rooms to allow for the production of raw meats toward ready-to-eat products that will be available through local markets, fairs and online delivery orders. To assist in distrubution, orders over $100 will be delivered with 20 kms from Azilda at no charge on Wednesdays and Fridays.
